Panj Baaniyan:

The scriptural compositions recited at the time of Ceremony of Baptism or Initiation are:

(1)   Japji Sahib;

(2)   Jaap Sahib; 

(3)   The Ten Sawayyas (commencing with sarawag sud);

(4)   Chaupai (from “Hamri karo hath dai rachha” to “Dusht dokh te leho bachai”) &

(5)   Anand Sahib.
